Autism Awareness for First Responders

Presented by Captain Zach Kirsch of First Due Autism Training, this important session will cover key topics such as recognizing early indicators of autism, effective communication strategies, and best practices for responding to individuals with autism during emergency situations.
The training aims to enhance understanding, improve outcomes, and ensure compassionate, informed care when seconds matter most. All first responders are encouraged to attend and strengthen their ability to serve every member of the community.
Who Should Attend: Open to all 911 Dispatch, Fire, EMS, and Police personnel.
